Agreement: Terms apply upon written acceptance of Honeycomb's quotation or commencement of work. Quotations remain open for 7 calendar days.
Standard of Care: Services performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with quotation specifications. Time is not of the essence regarding completion dates.
Fees & Expenses: Services billed on time-and-materials basis. Travel, subsistence, and specialist contractor fees charged at cost. All fees exclusive of VAT.
Payment Terms: Payment due strictly within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Time for payment is of the essence. Late interest charged at 4% per annum above Bank of England base rate.
Limitation of Liability: Total cumulative liability across contract or tort capped strictly at the total fees payable under the contract. Exclusion of indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law: Laws of England & Wales; exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
